Currently, there are 4 majors in School of Economics Management including accounting, marketing, computer multimedia technology, and investment and financial management. Accounting, marketing, computer multimedia technology were established since the very beginning of the college, and they have enrolled students for 10 years and cultivated a lot of high skilled talents in economic management. As the development of socialist market economy, investment and financial management major was established, which cultivated high skilled talents on investment and financial business and investment analysis for some security companies and futures companies.

School of Economics Management stuck to employment-oriented policy, and conducted “study and career highly fused” talents training mode. Based on the “quantity, quality, and uniqueness” principal, the school explore specialty construction and curriculum reformactively. There are high-quality full-time and part-time teaching faulty that are reasonably constructed and have fine teaching, practicing, and researching basis. At present 2 provincial and ministerial scientific research project has been completed , 2 municipal quality courses, and 1 college quality course have been constructed. According to the major training target and teaching requirement, the school has constructed on and off-campus training bases that fusing “teaching, learning and practicing” together. In the advanced commerce and trade training base, there are function area, office equipment area, and electrical operation area. Byconnecting with companies, and basing on the industry, the school has signed cooperation agreement with more 40 companies, strengthened students’ production practice and social practice, and carried out work-integrated learning and school-enterprise cooperation, finally reached the vocational skill training goal of higher vocational education.
